Ellen Wolfe, HT
Ellen Wolfe HT, teaches Horticultural Therapy for TTU’s Department of Agriculture. She has her Horticultural Therapy certificate (2012) and provides services at the Gaither Generations Skylar House, a residence for people challenged with schizophrenia and delusional disorders. Ellen co-presented at National AHTA Conferences (2013, 2014, 2015), the Memphis Botanical Garden and the Knoxville UT Gardens. She does organic gardening and using heirloom seeds. She is a Transpersonal Life Coach at her business called Life Transitions in Cookeville. She is former elementary school teacher. She retired from TTU where she assisted faculty with grant writing and now enjoys doing workshops about gardening, mindful eating, and healthful living.
